April has come, winter is gone, although it is only 40 degrees here in South Eastern Connecticut. This Saturday will mark my first book signing. It will be held at the Bill Library in Ledyard, CT. I have many more book signings coming up. I am entered to sell at the New London Saturday Market every weekend starting in May. I invite all interested in my book and lectures to join me. I will supply the dates as they come. Reading is becoming a lost art, it is much easier to watch TV or play on the computers. What a shame, reading can offer so much more to our education. Reading is great for expanding your imagination, and your vocabulary.
Please take some time off and read a book.

My name is Tom. I am retired.. I am divorced, lost my only child to a car accident 13 1/2 years ago, he was 21. I am willing to discuss death of our children, depression, and everything else that goes with it. I am also an author. I wrote a book titled "My Son Todd & My Guardian Angels" How I learned to cope with the death of my only child. The book details how I spent the next ten years of my life trying to fight depression and trying to learn how to live again.

For whatever reason, I just saw your comment on my short story entitled, "The Barbeque." I worked in senior care facilites for around 10 years, hence the idea behind the story.
